We obsess over AI – Artificial Intelligence. π€
Before that, it was academic intelligence. Then technological intelligence.
All important. All learnable.
But there is one intelligence that cannot be automated. Itβs what I call βIIβ – Intuitive Intelligence. β¨
Your ability to sense patterns before theyβre obvious. To read nuance beyond the data.
To feel when something is off – even when the analysis says it isnβt. βοΈ
At the top, Iβm hearing this more and more from the C-Suite leaders I coach:
β‘οΈ βThe data supported it. My gut didnβt.β
β‘οΈ βAI gave me a strong answer. Something still felt off.β
The smartest leaders are embracing AI — leveraging it, probing it, stress-testing it.
BUT, then they do a *gut check.* π‘
Because in the end, AI can expand intelligence, but intuition directs it.
