AI + II: Are you using this powerful combination? 🤔
We obsess over AI – Artificial Intelligence. 🤖
Before that, it was academic intelligence. Then technological intelligence.
All important. All learnable.
But there is one intelligence that cannot be automated. It’s what I call “II” – Intuitive Intelligence. ✨
Your ability to sense patterns before they’re obvious. To read nuance beyond the data.
To feel when something is off – even when the analysis says it isn’t. ⚖️
At the top, I’m hearing this more and more from the C-Suite leaders I coach:
➡️ “The data supported it. My gut didn’t.”
➡️ “AI gave me a strong answer. Something still felt off.”
The smartest leaders are embracing AI — leveraging it, probing it, stress-testing it.
BUT, then they do a *gut check.* 💡
Because in the end, AI can expand intelligence, but intuition directs it.
