We just wrapped up our two-day Brenda Bence International offsite, and it was the perfect blend of learning, laughter, and team growth.
Since we work remotely from around the world, being together in person is great fuel for collaboration, connection, and creativity.
From donning white gloves to symbolize our white-glove service culture to meaningful dialogues that stretched our thinking, we spent two days doing what high-performing teams do best:

✔️ Learning together
✔️ Having honest conversations
✔️ Exploring excellence vs. perfection
✔️ And yes… having a ton of fun (we laughed a lot!)
Sharing meals across Singapore’s full spectrum – from fine dining at The Vue to enjoying hawker center comfort food – reminded us of our beautiful diversity…
