Earlier this month, I returned to Hong Kong for the first time since December 2019 – right before COVID changed everything.
And in a full-circle twist, I worked with the same company this trip as I did back then. 
Same city. A familiar, warm return.
But leadership around the world? It’s completely different – different focus, different conversations – because the pace of change since 2019 has been relentless.
In 2019, leadership was about speed, scale, and delivering results.
In 2026, leadership is about leading through rapid change, accelerating technology, and building resilience.
The world didn’t just shift in the past six years – it rewired what leadership requires.
