What happens when you bring together trailblazing women who are focused on redefining what’s possible? You get Tatler Asia Singapore’s inaugural Front & Female Forum – where I was privileged to deliver the keynote.
It was an inspiring event last week, celebrating women who are making a difference in countless ways – from social causes to technology to finance – even to outer space and deep into the ocean. 
My keynote focused on “Redefining Your Possible” – how to challenge long-held beliefs that can hold you back, often without realizing it. And while I believe *leadership itself has no gender*, it was energizing to be surrounded by so many women who are leading with courage and making an impact.
Congratulations to all who made this incredible event a reality – the Tatler team: Tamara L., Rachel Duffell, Valerie Lim, Stephanie Tay – and Christina Chan of Marriott International for sharing her own story of championing women in succession.
