When you think you’ve changed… but nobody else does.

Years ago, I coached a senior executive who was deeply committed to doing the inner work necessary to make positive, sustainable leadership change.

Each time we met, he spoke about how different he felt – how much he’d grown, how profoundly his perspective had shifted. ✨

But when I asked his stakeholders about the changes they were noticing, their response was, “What changes?” 🤔

That underscored an essential truth: The inner work of leadership is foundational, but only half the equation. The other half is making it visible and consistent – something others can clearly *see, hear, and feel* – through the way you act, react, look, and sound, and through the choices you make, day after day.

**Because true leadership change isn’t complete until it’s experienced by others.**
