Q1. How many thoughts per day does the average human have?
Q2. Are those thoughts generally more positive or more negative?
Q3. What percentage of those thoughts change from one day to the next?
According to the National Science Foundation, the answers are:
A1. Up to 60,000 thoughts per day.
A2. 80% of those thoughts are negative.
