Recently, I had the privilege of attending and speaking at both the Global Speakers Summit in Nusa Dua and the Global Gurus Summit & Awards gathering in Ubud, Bali.

Both events brought together extraordinary thought leaders, speakers, and coaches from dozens of countries across multiple continents—mirroring the many global connections I’ve been fortunate to develop throughout my career.

Through these events, I was reminded of the key themes that keep us all growing and thriving:
 
🤝CONNECT
As speakers and coaches, we’re often on stage #leading. But it’s just as enriching to connect with others whose work is also to inspire and lead. Peer-to-peer conversations seed new insights that you can’t always gain on your own.
 
**When was the last time you connected deeply with your peers?**
 
📚 LEARN
No matter how many years of experience we have, our job is to keep growing, expanding, and learning every day. Every person we meet has had different experiences, and that means we can learn from them. That’s how we continuously improve to better serve our clients.
 
**What have you learned lately?**

One of the highlights was reconnecting with many #speakers and #coaches I’ve mentored through the years. There’s pure joy in watching their journeys unfold and seeing them move from strength to strength as they grow into incredible professionals.
 
**Who have you mentored in the past, and how are they doing now?**

These kinds of events are great opportunities to give back. When I was starting out, I was supported by so many generous individuals, and I’m forever grateful to them. Now it’s my turn to speak and share my learnings at these events so that I can pay it forward—offering insights and learnings I’ve gained through the years.
 
**What are you doing to “pay it forward” to others in your organization/business or profession?**
 
🎉CELEBRATE
In the midst of all the work, it’s so key to pause and celebrate our achievements—and, more importantly, to celebrate each other. The 7th Annual Global Gurus Awards event was a perfect reminder that taking time to recognize success is as important as striving for it.
 
**When was the last time you celebrated your own success or the success of someone else?**
