It was not just special but loads of fun, too.
Last week, I had the joy of speaking to a room full of bright, curious university students and dedicated mentors at the final event of the HBS Club of Singapore’s year-long mentorship program.
As mentees prepare to graduate and kick off their careers, I shared insights on how to own your brand and own your future — two things that can make all the difference as careers begin to take shape.
I believe strongly that *fun fuels learning*, so our time together was filled with stories, interactive exercises, small group challenges, and a lot of laughs — all designed to make the lessons stick.
I always appreciate the opportunity to give back — a small way to say “thank you” to the incredible mentors who guided me earlier in my career and invested in my journey early on.
A BIG thank you to Jeremy Tan, Adeline Ng, Stan Furman and the HBS Club of Singapore for making the evening happen and for creating such a powerful space for learning, connection, and growth.
