What an amazing week to celebrate diversity in my adopted region of Asia!
- The Muslim period of Ramadan has begun.
- Vesakhi (marking the beginning of the Sikh New Year) was celebrated.
- Sinhala / Puthandu (Sri Lankan and Tamil New Year) is being celebrated.
- Songkran (Thai New Year) has begun.
I thoroughly enjoy learning about the various traditions related to these special occasions, and I wish everyone safe and healthy celebrations!
